What am I doing wrong? how am I 'supposed' to install this. When I went back into NMM and disabled the patch mod, my game worked again. Then I opened LOOT to see the load order and it shows the patch there and it looks like it is in the correct spot being loaded right after all the DLC'sīut when I launched the game, I just get a black screen with an hourclass icon frozen there. (this is the process I used to intall all my mods and it always worked) I just picked the 7zip file through nexus mod manager and told it to activate. So heres what I did, I downloaded the 7zip file, and then I DID NOT extract it. They also go on to say to use LOOT to fix the load order. On the nexus webpage it says 'do not try to extract the files or let your mod manager perform the equivalent function' wtf does that mean? are they saying 'don't try to install it manually and don't try to use nexus mod manager'?! Okay, I went to the nexus and downloaded the unofficial patch mod and I can't figure out how to get it to work.Īpparently, I'm the only one on the planet who doesn't understand how to install this mod because the creator felt no need to explain it and there are no videos on the net of how to do it and I can't find any other threads.Īll my mods, I always downloaded them then activated them through Nexus Mod Manager.
